Well hello, there! We're glad you've decided to add a listing to the folkdata database. It should take you about 5 minutes to complete--if you have all your ducks in a row. We've created a 2-step process for you to make it as painless as possible. We'll start by getting all the bio and contact info. on step 1, and then move to step 2(see above for what happens in step 2). As always, if you have any questions or problems with the process, please direct your questions to the webmaster.

Your submission will be reviewed by Mennofolk administrators before being posted on the website.

TECHNICAL NOTE
Due to limitations of some software used in the form below, make sure that you are using a relatively new internet browser (Internet Explorer 5.5 or newer, or Mozilla 1.3 or newer) on a Windows machine. If you're using a Mac, just about anything in the Mozilla family newer than 1.3 will work (Mozilla and Firefox are two options). Sorry, Internet Explorer and Safari on the Mac won't work with certain parts of the form, but should work fine with the rest of the site. Email the webmaster with any questions.

We're not requiring that you fill out all fields in the form below, but we request that you do so. The more information you include here will ensure that what is displayed on the website is as complete a picture of your performer/band/group as possible.
